Safcheese & Safdairy: The natural flavours of butter and cheese

safcheeseDerived from fermentation or from enzyme treatments, the flavourings from the SAFCHEESE & SAFDAIRY range offer the distinctive taste of butter and cheese.  Used alone or along with cheese, vegetable fat or butter, they make it possible to enhance the flavour of food products in a wide range of applications.

The flavourings from the
SAFCHEESE & SAFDAIRY make it possible to:

  • Natural aromatic productsStandardise the taste of a processed
    cheese or speciality cheese product.
  • Enhance the aromatic impact and
    consequently to reduce formulation costs.

These products are marketed in the form of a “paste” for the cheese flavourings or in liquid form for the butter flavourings.  They also available in powder form for greater ease of use.
