Integration

We attach a great deal of importance to the integration of each new employee who thereby benefits from a real integration programme.


This programme has a dual objective of, on the one hand introducing the new recruit to other staff members working within the company ; and on the other hand, of introducing the company and its staff to the new employee.
All HR and operational teams are heavily involved in this process which is a genuine career step within the very core of the business: introduction to line management, meetings with other colleagues, company visit, specific training, etc.

The international integration seminar constitutes a second highlight as it enables new recruits to understand the overall operation of the Group and its organisation. Several specific day-long events are organised during which the history and background of the Group are presented, in addition to its operation, its values and its support services.

 Finally, and because each individual is unique, we are committed towards sponsorship, which is the key to a successful personal and individual integration within the company so as to instil a feeling of confidence from the outset.
