Delivered within each subsidiary and adapted to products/markets/professions/resources, training is aimed at all roles, all levels of management, and at any moment of an employee’s career.

Training is additionally offered at Group level by the Léon Lesaffre Institute, which has set the mission of capitalising and transferring company-specific expertise.
