Integration
Lesaffre is a company with a human nature where everybody can fulfil their potential. Furthermore, we have constructive Industrial Relations dialogue, based on trust and mutual respect. Lesaffre helps its employees in order to help them ease their way into the Group. In the year following their recruitment, new managers take part in a seminar, which lasts a few days, designed to further their knowledge of the company and the work undertaken by their peers.
Each subsidiary in the Lesaffre group has systems in place to encourage integration, making it possible for new arrivals to discover the professional environment, to learn more about the Group and to share its values…  As an example, new Lesaffre managers are invited to an integration and “knowledge exchange” seminar lasting several days.

Training
Lesaffre makes full use of professional training to boost the professionalism of its staff and to anticipate the future needs of its businesses.  In addition to the provision of training in the group’s subsidiaries, the Institut Léon Lesaffre offers a range of specialized training based on active training methods.
