Each subsidiary in the Lesaffre group has systems in place to encourage integration, making it possible for new arrivals to discover the professional environment, to learn more about the Group and to share its values…  As an example, new Lesaffre managers are invited to an integration and “knowledge exchange” seminar lasting several days.

Training
Lesaffre makes full use of professional training to boost the professionalism of its staff and to anticipate the future needs of its businesses.  In addition to the provision of training in the group’s subsidiaries, the Léon Lesaffre Institute offers a range of specialized training based on active training methods.

Internal communication

The Company Foundation
