Our quality commitments

Lesaffre was one of the first companies in the food industry to have developed specific organisational structures dedicated to guaranteeing the quality of its products and services.Our quality commitments

It was also the first yeast producer to have its quality assurance systems certified by independent third party organisations.
In order to maintain its position as a leader, Lesaffre deploys all of the means and resources needed to implement strict quality control conditions.  To do so, a series of tests and a monitoring system have been put in place.  These must always be observed to the letter, failing which a product may not be shipped.  Thorough traceability makes it possible to consult the product’s “history”.

Lesaffre’s capacity to adapt and the excellent relationship it enjoys with its clients both constitute an added guarantee of high quality.
When it comes to tracking orders, meeting deadlines, providing technical assistance or developing new products, the Lesaffre group always sets itself the same target: excellence and nothing less!
