The Baking Center can offer you tailored technical assistance provided by the group’s technical experts. Equipped with specialized baking ovens and a sensory analysis laboratory, the Baking Center is a valuable resource where the world’s bread-making cultures meet and share their knowledge.
The Lesaffre International Baking Center runs a network of 24 Baking Centers located throughout the world.
