Derived from a yeast strain specially selected and cultivated by Lesaffre, saf-pizza is an instant dried yeast adapted to the needs of pizza-makers.
Thanks to saf-pizza yeast, dough is easier to roll out and pizza bases can be prepared more quickly. This yeast makes it possible to avoid any shrinkage of the dough (“ovalling”).

Store in its original packaging, in a cool, dry place.
Retains all of its characteristics up until the date shown on the pack.
After opening: 15 days in cool storage at 4°C, (sachet folded).
