Job description
The first objective will be to: develop and execute internal communications plans for mergers, acquisitions and integrations.
The second key objective of this role is to work closely with Lesaffre’s communications and marketing teams to develop and manage communications strategies to promote the company’s CSR and innovation initiatives and efforts.
Main accountabilities
M&A & Integration communication :
- Develop and execute internal communication plans for mergers, acquisitions, and integrations.
- Collaborate with leadership and HR teams to communicate changes, integration processes, and key milestones to employees.
- Manage stakeholder communication to ensure a seamless transition, preserving trust and confidence in the organization.
- Craft messaging for external audiences, including press releases and client communications, to reinforce the company’s vision and strategic direction.
CSR and Sustainability Communications :
- Develop and manage communication strategies to promote the company’s CSR initiatives and sustainability efforts.
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify and highlight stories that showcase the company’s positive social and environmental impact.
- Oversee the creation of CSR reports at Biospringer aligned with Lesaffre group guidelines, case studies, and campaigns to engage stakeholders, including clients, partners, and employees.
- Build partnerships with nonprofit organizations and community stakeholders to amplify CSR initiatives.
- Serve as a spokesperson for CSR-related communications, both internally and externally.
Strategy and Innovation Communications:
- Develop and manage communication strategies to promote the company’s innovation initiatives and efforts.
- Work closely with the go-to-market and R&D teams to translate complex concepts into accessible and impactful narratives.
- Work with cross-functional teams (Strategic Marketing, Data & Digital) to identify and highlight stories that showcase the company’s strategic direction and customer-centric innovation achievements.
Qualifications
We are looking for a proactive, strategic thinker who can navigate complex organizational landscapes and manage communication in a dynamic environment across all stakeholders, with the following experience, educational background and interpersonal skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in corporate communications, marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent in English
- Understanding of media relations and public relations leading practices
- Understanding of digital marketing leading practices
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, content management systems (CMS), and social media platforms.
