What will your daily life look like?

Job main contribution : Analyze and study the financial figures of the company, prepare the monthly Reporting, and Annual Budget. Budget Control. Review of margin, costs and financial indicators.

Functional manager : Controller Latam  

Key Accountabilities :

  • Preparation and upload of data to the annual budget group platform. (Oracle HFM)
  •  Monthly preparation of financial statements, analysis, and Group Reporting, complying with the calendar.
  •  Analysis and review of the main group indicators: EBITDA, WCN, Net Debt, Cash Flow.
  •  Monthly budget control, identify and analyze significant differences between budget and actual.
  • Client Portfolio: daily verification of collections, control of movements, reconciliation of accounts, monitoring of Overdue, review of price lists
  • Enter data into the SIESA software in order to actualize the collection of information. 
  •  Cost of imports analysis
  •  Colombia and Ecuador reports : portfolio, import costs, profitability by SKU
  •  Preparation of Sales report in group system. (STAR)
  •  External audit assistance

    Education :  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is essential, and a post-graduate degree in Business or Accounting is desirable.

    Experience :  Minimum of 3 years in controlling or finance area Deep understanding of Financials in accounting departments of companies Business knowledge of Companies in where you worked. 

    Knowledge and Technical Skills :

    • Knowledge of IFRS accounting announcements is referential.
    • Experience in commercial control appreciated
    • Good English and Spanish communication skill and writing
    • Knowledgeable of MS office (Excel, Word, Power Point, PDF)
    • Strong and clear communication skills, both listening and writing especially for presentations
    • Project Management Skills
