- 所属烘焙中心人员日常技术服务安排，出差、报销审批。
- 所属烘焙中心日常管理与维护，确保设备设施正常使用，
- 根据销售需求，制定合理的团队技术服务月度/季度/年度计划，
- 汇总所属烘焙中心日常报告（总部KPI数据整理、月度总结、月报、配方收集等）
- 参与区域销售和市场定期会议并提供相应意见建议
- 帮助和指导负责团队的烘焙人员，提供发展规划，
- 技术支持
- 所属烘焙中心对应的销售区域日常技术服务（一对一技术服务及培训班演示会等）
- 与销售紧密合作，（指导团队）有效为客户提供技术服务，挖掘客户需求及期望，并有针对性的提供解决方案
- 配合销售维护重点经销商和终端客户
- 配合总部项目的支持（大型展会及内部测试、研发终端产品）
- 定期技术交流（配方及各地趋势产品信息等）
- 根据需要，为内部或外部客户提供理论及实践培训，
- 配合零售渠道技术服务经理，有效统筹协调全国烘焙师资源
Qualifications
- 10年及以上烘焙技术服务/应用开发经验.
- 有较强的团队管理能力。
- 对行业和市场趋势、技术、工艺和参数、原材料、客户和消费者期望有很好的洞察力
- 具有配方开发和技术问题解答的实操技能和经验
- 良好的表达和沟通技巧
- 较强的团队精神，责任感和执行力
- 结果和业务导向
