Description de l'offre

  • According to the Quality Control Plan and Quality Assurance System principles and policies, to carry out analysis and quality control processes, record them, and take necessary measures for non-conformities; ensuring compliance of products with specified legal requirements and company procedures to ensure quality and food safety system development.
  • To ensure that quality control processes progress according to the Quality Control Plan in terms of frequency, quantity, and method of control, analyze production outputs, report results, and stop production if necessary.
  • To ensure the sampling of incoming raw materials, packaging materials, and semi-finished products from the warehouse according to the specified methods in the control plans, conduct relevant analyses and controls, and record the results.
  • To decide on the acceptance and rejection of inspected raw materials, packaging materials, and semi-finished products based on the control results, and initiate other necessary procedures accordingly.
  •  To manage conditional acceptance procedures if the inspected raw materials, packaging materials, and semi-finished products deviate from the specified limits in the quality control plan, ensuring whether the deviation is within critical limits and aligning conditional acceptance processes with production priorities.
  • To ensure the conduct and recording of environmental analyses, temperature measurements, storage suitability, and other controls and analyses specified in the quality control plan during certain stages of production, storage, and shipment operations. To provide information and guidance to relevant departments regarding the results of these analyses.
  • To ensure the regular calibration of devices included in the metrological system and to ensure and monitor the accuracy of all conducted analyses.
  •  To ensure the implementation of procedures and guidelines published by the Group Quality, inform relevant departments, and make investment budget planning when necessary.
  • To plan the operational expense budget of the department, manage the approved budget, develop projects for investment budgets, and lead the realization of approved department investments.
  • To participate in supplier approval processes for new packaging and/or raw materials, review their compliance with quality and food safety processes, and support the development of action plans in case of non-conformities.
  •  To participate in product revisions and new product development processes and ensure compliance with company procedures, food safety, and relevant regulations.
  •  To monitor supplier performance, prepare trend analyses, actively participate in non-conformity resolutions, supplier performance improvements, and audits/visits.
  • To participate in processes for resolving customer complaints, root cause analysis, and conduct field audits/visits when necessary.
  • To track the maintenance of laboratory equipment according to annual maintenance contracts, and arrange for the inspection and maintenance of equipment without annual maintenance contracts within the factory premises.
  •  To train, develop, and guide team members to increase their performance and motivation, encourage teamwork and collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of engineering faculties (preferably Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, etc.) or biology, biochemistry, and chemistry departments from universities
  • Minimum 10 years of experience
  • Advanced level of written and verbal English
  • Proficiency in SAP, QDMS and MS Office programs
  • Experienced in team management
