A sideline test

Coached by trainers who pass on know-how and key expertise, this new competition gives tomorrow’s bakers the opportunity to gauge themselves against each other at an international level for the first time.
Their assignment is to create a birthday spread for children aged 6 to 10 in four hours. After the event, an assessment is made and the young hopefuls are judged on their execution ability, technical level, professional motivation and ability to progress in the bakery profession and to structure their working methods.
