Lesaffre at IBA 2018: Discover our new solutions for bakers!
IBA, the world’s leading trade fair for bakery, confectionery and snacks, is taking place this year from September 15th to 20th in Munich in Germany. Lesaffre will be there to share its latest innovations and meet its customers and partners from all over the world.
From September 15th to 20th, Lesaffre will be at IBA at booth A4.111 to share its new solutions and worldwide expertise. With bread-tasting sessions, daily baking demonstrations, presentations and conferences, Lesaffre’s hub will be one of the main important booths at the IBA fair.
Six new solutions for bakers
Lesaffre’s presence at IBA is a great opportunity to reveal six new baking solutions:

They will be demonstrated during the trade fair along with bread-tasting sessions; You can especially discover the Livendo liquid live sourdoughs and the aromatic Lesaffre FLAVORY solutions on September 18 and 19th.

Spotlight on Germany: Celebration of the 50-year presence of Lesaffre
Lesaffre will be using the occasion of the IBA trade fair to celebrate its 50-year presence in Germany. “IBA is the German trade fair most visited by bakers, as such it’s an ideal platform for meeting our customers”, confides Ksenia ARMSPRACH, head of marketing of Lesaffre Germany.
The IBA fair will be also an opportunity for our German subsidiary to promote its products especially the new Livendo Freyja liquid sourdough range and the FALA yeast range, well-known for its osmotolerant properties especially adapted for use in sweet dough/pastry.
