- Rekord rouge Rekord Red is a yeast for straight and sponge & dough baking processes. Rekord Red is used for preparing wheat bread, Russian baton, and also rye types of bread.
- Rekord bleue Rekord Blue is a yeast for sponge & dough baking process. Besides, yeast Rekord Blue has osmotolerant feature therefore yeast is used for preparing sweet dough. .
