Job Main Contributions:
Reporting to the regional finance Director, the regional Supply & Demand planner coordinates the Supply chain processes for the Region’s activities. He/she is in charge of forecasting sales for dry yeast products and ingredients for the region, in close collaboration with the S&OP group department. He is also a key player in the sales budget process of the region.
Manage the S&OP process (demand planning) within the region:
· Review historical sales trends, correct the history, prepare forecast data, choose and adapt the statistical forecast models, and evaluate forecast results
· Organize and run sales forecasting meetings with commercial teams to capture the market information, and forecast sales on Dry Yeast and Ingredients with the highest accuracy possible
· Ensure top level of forecast accuracy
· Measure and analyse the OTIF per manufacturing sites

Master degree (Business school / Engineering School / University)
Experience in demand planning, supply planning and/or financial controlling is a plus
Technical knowledge and good communication skills (fluent English)
