1. Directly report to NKAM/GM
2. Well understood product technical knowledge to better serve and identify customer needs and expectation
3. Making short & mid term sales strategy for derivative products
4. Building good relationship with customer
5. Expand the business of derivatives with new customer acquisition – multi segment ( feed, fertilizer & other value added market
6. Negotiate the best alternative as a win win the solution with the customer – maximize product value added
7. Collaborate well with other division national & international
8. Generate monthly report to Management
9. Meet the management expectation to achieve the given sales target ( volume & selling price)

Ce qui fait de vous le candidat idéal
1. Minimum 5 years of working experience as Sales Manager preferable in feed company
2. Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)
3. Willing to travel frequently to various locations nation wide & overseas ( whenever needed)
4. Proficient in MS Office
5. Proficient in English
6. Good Communication, analytical thinking, result oriented attitude and strategic thinking
7. Experience in the management of key accounts engaging at intermediate level within customer organization and industry sector
8. Independent way of working and openness to further education and growth
9. Good commercial skill ( selling, negotiating & closing)
10. Willing to be placed in Malang – East Java
