A quoi ressemblera votre quotidien ?

  • Manage all Factory Facility including offices, canteen, locker room, and other general facility
  • Manage & responsible for general service including catering, cleaning, gardening, laundry, security for all area in the Plant with 3rd party provider
  • Manage and provide vehicle / transportation facility with 3rd party provider
  • Handle purchasing and provide supporting stationary (ATK, Desk), toiletries and other    
  • Manage and ensure security management system are work properly include access control and CCTV function
  • Contract /service agreement management, conduct service provider evaluation/audit and ensure gap closure
  • Accommodation for expatriate
  • Initiate for continuous improvement in terms of quality of service, health & safety, and security

Ce qui fait de vous le candidat idéal

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management / Engineering / Hospitality or relevant major
  • Having 5 years on General Affair / Facility Management experience, or same function
  • At least 2 years’ experience with same role with supervise General Affair Team especially on Food Manufacturing company
  • Self-initiative, hands-on problem solver, and result driven
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Having strong leadership and able to manage team effectively
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal in English
  • Have good understanding and application of GMP & HSE  
  • Experienced with software skills including excel
  • Expérience interaction with regulatory authorities
  • Ability to deal effectively with all levels within organization as well as with external parties
