Technical assistance missions

Assists the sales teams and the customers users or prospects (mainly industrial In-Store Bakeries , HORECA) in the definition of their needs and in the solutions to bring.
Implements new recipes according to client needs,
Provides theoretical and practical training, involving other departments releasing customer reception, (in BC and/or customer visits).

Submit on time reports about the activities realized.
Contributes for innovation projects.
Participate of preparation and realization of customers webinars.

Contributes to increase sales of yeast and ingredients in his/her area

Communicates technical data and information from field to relevant interlocutors (formulator, Sales team, Baking CenterTM Manager)
Convert the needs and expectations of customers into project,
Proactive approach for customers to have strong relation and network. Suggests new recipes, tests development ideas and trouble shooting.
Performs tests for the development of new products.
Presents the results in the existing standard documents (test sheets…), in order to allow the exploitation of the results by all concerned departments.
Organize reception/training for sales team and customers based on projects.
Increase the market knowledge about competitors and baking sector.

Bachelor’s degree in Tourism & Hotel Management, or relevant.

Required experience:

Recognized and successful experience in the field of industrial &HORECA bread making and, in a field, equivalent to the missions proposed + 6 years of experience on this field.

Strong knowledge about industrial & HORECA baking process.

Technical skills:

Very good level on the breadmaking techniques and associated ingredients
Already work on industrial line & HORECA bread production,
Very good on the computer tools (Word, Excel, PPT …)
Good English (write and speaking)

Ability to adapt to various interlocutors.
To know how to work in a multicultural context within the framework of projects requiring autonomy initiative and anticipation.
Ability to innovate, to be able to convince thanks to his/her negotiation skills and know-how.

Lesaffre Egypt for yeast industries is an Egyptian joint stock company for producing baking yeasts and yeasts extract. We are 100% owned by the holding company and part of Middle East & Africa baking region.

Lesaffre Egypt was established according to the Investment Guarantees and Incentives Law No. 8 of 1997, and registered in the Commercial Registry Office of Cairo Investment authority under No. 65570 on April, 14, 2013.

Our main operational purpose is to establish, manufacture, and package yeasts, yeast derivatives, and yeasts extracts. These many forms and types are then used within food products, animal feed, bread-making and bread improvers, flavorings, colors, and enzymes.

In October 2014, Lesaffre Egypt for yeasts industry (S.A.E) began effectively managing the acquired company.

Lesaffre Egypt’s main office is located in the Giza Governorate of Sheikh Zayed City while the factory is placed in the Nubaryia Industrial Area of El Beheira Governorate. We also have a Baking Center and Logistics Warehouse in 6th of October City. Currently, We employ more than 200 individual
