Be the main coordinator for the development and deployment of the LEAN culture and for the competitiveness plan to optimize business results and improve quality to achieve operational results for the OCEA Region’s subsidiaries.
Participate in the industrial strategy.
Share standards and good practices within the group.
- Train and coach Lean leaders from subsidiaries on Lean culture and related tools.
- Participate in the development of group standards, deploy them within the OCEA region and share best practices.
- Contribute to the implementation of industrial projects.
- Deploy Lesaffre Global Performance System and support the subsidiaries’ competitiveness plan.
- Participate actively in the development and deployment of the industrial strategy.
- Ensure through audits that Lean maturity progresses within the subsidiaries.
- Support the OCEA Management Committee with its Lean skills.

Ce qui fait de vous le candidat idéal
- Relevant Engineer master’s degree
- Minimum experience of 8 years in a production context, having practiced direct / transversal team management, in the fields of continuous improvement / Lean, quality, industrial process
- Knowledge of lean culture and related tools, IT Tools, Training.
- Proven track of project management experience
