A quoi ressemblera votre quotidien ?

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: 

1. Provide training, active support and assistance to the local BI key users

2. Lead the regional community of BI KUs

3. Provide technical assistance, promoting the BI through examples of existing reports

4. Analys reporting needs and proposing the appropriate approach (using existing report or creating ad ’hoc report)

5. Detect any opportunity to automate reports using BI tools

6. Develop reports to answer reporting needs of the Region

7. Support the creation, the testing and the documentation of new reports, sharing them with other regional BI managers

8. Participate in the development of the Group BI catalogue an in any Group project related to business intelligence.

9. Participate in the development of data models under the supervision of the Group BI team

10. Understand existing BI reports of the Group BI catalogue. Investigate possible usage of these reports in the Region (or BU) and adapt them to local needs if necessary.

11. Document and publish all developed reports and promote them across the Region (or BU) and the Group

12. Participate to any Group project related to business intelligence.

13. Be able to understand users’ needs in term of decisional information, and to know where to find the relevant data to deliver the right information.

14. Compliance with Quality and Safety Policy, Environmental Management Policy and Occupational Health and Safety.

MAIN CONTRIBUTIONS: 

1. The key objective of this function is to support any user in getting the relevant information he needs to take the right decision.

2. Works with the Group BI Manager, being his relay for the Region, participating in the rolling out of BI Group projects.

3. Trains & supports the local BI KU with the objective to lead them reaching a fairly good level of autonomy in creating, maintaining and using the reports developed thanks to the business intelligence.

4. In finance, the objective is to support every local controller and FP&A to better use BI instead of Excel

Ce qui fait de vous le candidat idéal

•Position: Regional Business Intelligence Manager Latam

•Education: Degree in IT, Business Administration, Maths or Similar

•Language: Proficiency in English and Spanish (+ Advance level), Desirable Portuguese & French language.

•Knowledge and technical skills:: 

  • Strong SAP and Business Intelligence tools knowledge and mastering (“data analyst” profile).
  • A “good ear”, a very good communication skill
  • Analytical and synthesis ability, very structured mind
  • A strong willingness to help / Teamwork.
  • Capability to Train a Trainer & Didactic
  • Ability to move through all hierarchical levels & Good communication
  • BM Knowledge
  • High business orientation skill 

Experience:

  • Mandatory to manage all Power BI Tool: min 03 years.
  • Minimum 05 years in the function of intelligence management report 
  • Manage others tools: Horizon, STAR, EBX, Dynasys, SAC, BO.
  • SAP All Modules – Desirable
