Job Main Contributions:
The Regional supply & demand planner coordinates the Supply chain processes for the Region’s activities. He/she defines the stock and process for ingredients in collaboration with the sales and industrial teams. He/she is also in charge of forecasting sales for dry yeast products and ingredients from the same region, in close collaboration with the S&OP group department
Manage the S&OP process (demand planning) within the region:
- Organize and run sales forecasting meetings with commercial teams to capture the market information, and forecast sales on Dry Yeast and Ingredients with the highest accuracy possible
- Adapt the S&OP cycle to each subsidiary
- Ensure link and collaboration with group S&OP department
- Ensure monthly coordination with manufacturing sites, especially those outside the region
Lead the deployment of local S&OP process and of the group supply-chain road map within the region:
- Assist and challenge the already locally driven S&OP cycles
- Support the implementation of the local S&OP cycles in other factories in the region
- Take part in the group supply-chain road map in coordination with global S&OP team
Lead & participate in Supply-Chain related projects
Ensure compliance with group standards and procedures
Implement a stock and distribution policy in line with forecast sales for ingredients in the region. Review and challenge the production planning according to this policy
Drive and support the Western Europe subsidiaries to achieve the following:
- Ensure a top level of satisfaction
- Increase the agility of the Supply Chain
- Measure and analyze the performances of the Western Europe Supply Chain
Work in collaboration with the region finance team for the yearly budget process and monthly reporting

Ce qui fait de vous le candidat idéal
- Master degree qualification (Business school / Engineering School / University)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Operations, ideally in supply chain with a good knowlegde of short term planning
- Good knowledge of short term planning, project management, IT tools
- Technical knowledge, good communication skills (fluent English)
