A quoi ressemblera votre quotidien ?
- Sales administration:
o Entering orders onto software taken from telephone calls, email, booking in goods and entering orders onto Parcelforce
o Invoicing customers
o Assist customers by answering any queries
o Update and ensure Customer and Item Master Data accuracy
o Filing orders once processed
- Stock management / Purchasing:
o Allocating stock for delivery to customers
o Keeping Stock Cards comprehensive
o Monitoring stock to ensure smooth stock management
o Entering purchase orders and receipting goods onto software once purchase order is delivered
o Checking that invoices are correct vs goods receipt
- Logistic
o Liaise with external support for transport issues, delivering dates, etc
o Arranging paperwork/delivery documentation and allocating locations for warehouse to dispatch
- Credit management
o Contact customers and send statements to ensure on-time payments
- Office administration
o Ordering stationary supplies
o Answer telephone calls
o Other general administration duties

Ce qui fait de vous le candidat idéal
- Degree in Business/Administration or Customer Service
- Experience : minimum 3-5 years experience in Customer service/Sales Administration
- Proficiency with Office software programs required (Outlook, Excel, Word, ..)
- Experience in using ERP, SAP being a real plus
- Experience in Import/Export would be beneficial
- Strong organizational skills, including time management
- ability to adapt to the environment and to the different interlocutors
- Great communication skills including diplomacy.
