You have a full sales responsibility for the territory:
- Sales responsibility for the territory
- Implementation and execution of sales strategies and business plans to ensure delivery of commercial objectives in line with the Strategy 2024
- Build strong relationships with existing and new accounts
- Monitor the sales process, new leads, customer growth and opportunity pipelines
- Management of channel partners to drive business growth and create transparency
- Involvement in the pricing strategy for the territory
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of the competitive landscape in the territory
- Involvement in formulation of the brand positioning and strategy for the territory
- Responsible for forecast accuracy and demand planning
- Update and present sales and financial KPIs at monthly business reviews
- Ensure timely monthly reporting for management
- Oversee AR to ensure timely payments

Ce qui fait de vous le candidat idéal
- Bachelor’s degree/M.Sc. preferred in food technology/food science and/or a commercial degree
- Min.7 years’ experience in sales position
- Proven track-record from similar position
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking with a long-term view
- Brings initiative and drive to lead the partners’ sales team
- Ability to execute business plans and convert into sales revenue
- Thorough understanding of sales excellence and the sales process
- Candidate from similar industries preferred (specialty chemicals, food ingredients)
- Extensive travel activity required. (Estimated 70-80 days)
