The New Sales Representative will reinforce our support and proximity with the customers.
Missions:
- Develop sales according to the Company strategy and guidelines
- Acquire a deep market knowledge: customers/end-users needs, solutions offered by the different stake-holders
- Propose marketing initiatives to answer to customers’ needs and strengthen the market position
- Secure a synergetic approach by coordinating the Lesaffre supports and develop new specific solutions in response to the customers’ requirements

- Graduated in Marketing & Sales or Business Administration and a previous 10 years’ experience in a comparable position
- Experience as a Chef is welcomed
- Fluent in standard English and Afrikaans
- Self-managing abilities
- Ability to prioritize and organize tasks
- Good interpersonal relations, ability for building nice relationships with different partners
- Innovative with a strong desire to achieve
- High level of integrity, and trust
- Self-motivated, diplomatic, energetic, strong ability to convince
