In this role you should

• Coordinate the work of SAPCC located in Hungary, France and Mexico (total 25 FTE).
• Be an organic part of 
  • SAP support activities worldwide (quality controll, handover, compliance,global developments)
  • Enhancement projects (analyzis, effort estimation, manage delivery)
  • Implementation projects (Kick Off, UAT, Handover)
• Provide functional guidance to SAPCC experts
• People management to the team and team leaders
• Deliver weekly status reports to the SAP Program Director
• Ensure that ticketing system (Solman) is updated including actions, solutions, status and responsibilities
• Manage SAPCC cooperation with global SAP teams and 3rd party consultants
