Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee day-to-day warehouse operations across three plant locations
Implement and sustain 5S practices to ensure a clean, organized, and safe working environment
Lead and develop warehouse teams, ensuring consistent performance and engagement
Monitor inventory accuracy and coordinate regular cycle counts and audits
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local regulations
Collaborate with production planning and logistics to align warehouse activities with operational needs
Optimize space utilization, material handling processes, and storage systems
Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for improvement
Support digitalization and automation initiatives related to warehouse operations
Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with 5S and lean warehouse principles
Proven ability to manage multi-site operations and cross-functional teams
Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
Proficient in using ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools
Fluent in English
Willingness to travel regularly between plant locations
