HSE工程师

·         Assistant HSE manager implement HSE procedure and programs, e.g. risk assessment, LOTO.

·         Monitor employees and contractors onsite to make sure they follow site’s HSE rules and procedures.

·         Conduct daily HSE inspection and audit, follow up the findings.

·         Follow up HSE Action List to ensure all findings are proper closed.

·         Plan and deliver HSE training for employees and contractors.

·         Communicate HSE matters to employees in the workplaces.

·         Assist department in accident reporting, investigation and follow up corrective actions.

·         Maintain and improve HSE labels.

·         Coordinate HSE monitoring, include environmental monitoring, occupational health, and maintain the report.

·         Manage wastes on site to meet regulatory requirements.  

·         Co-work with HR department to conduct occupational health checkup according to regulations

·         Prepare and maintain HSE statistics, document and reports to meet company expectation and regulations.

·         Issue work permit as necessary in the site.

·         Assist to organize emergency response drill, e.g. firefighting, evacuation and chemical leakage.

·         Assist to maintain the firefighting system regular maintenance.

·         Others HSE related tasks assigned by site HSE Manager
