We want now to strengthen our EMEA Sales team and are looking for a: 

Business Manager Food for  SOUTH-EASTERN EUROPEAN COUNTRIES

Within the EMEA Food Commercial Department, He/She wil be Reporting to EMEA Food sales director

Tasks & duties

  • Develop a profitable business in south eastern European countries,
  • Being responsible for the relationship with the customers, relying on support functions (Marketing, R&D, Key accounts, Purchasing, Quality, Supply Chain,…).
  • Be in charge and develop a portfolio of direct$ and indirect customers
  • Negotiate commercial contracts and ensure a regular follow-up,
  • Manage and train a distributors network,
  • Ensure technical and commercial promotion of our product ranges,
  • Carry out a commercial reporting of customer contacts and the achievement of objectives

 

Qualifications

 

  • Business &/or Food Science Engineer or equivalent bachelor degree
  • 5 years proven track record in BtoB FOOD sales development, ideally in culinary/flavors products, in south eastern European countries
  • Fluent in English, french and/or other central european language is a plus
  • Available for frequent travels,
  • Business developer, sense of result, commercial mindset,
  • Strong personal organization and autonomy with the sense of reporting
  • Ability to work in an international team, with different stakeholders
  • Reactivity, creativity, curiosity and team spirit,
  • Comfortable with digital business tools,
