Job Description

  • Responsible for all Compensation & Benefits Management related processes such as annual salary reviews, variable pay, job evaluations, salary and benefit surveys, etc.,
  • Responsible in designing flexible benefit policy & system. 
  • Follows competitive trends and analyzes Company policies and market conditions,
  • Provides salary package proposals for new hires, assignments, promotions, transfers, within Company guidelines,
  • Prepares and analyzes standard and add-hoc C&B and budgeting related reports,
  • Tracks C&B related metrics in detail and proposes and takes necessary actions to enhance,
  • Develops new projects to enhance C&B related issues and processes.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics,
  • Min. 5 years experience in Compensation & Benefits (experience in flexible benefits system design is an asset), 
  • Ability to work well with cross-functional teams in a multi-national environment with strong communication skills,
  • Strong analytical – problem solving with a detail-oriented perspective,
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially strong command of MS Excel is required,
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.

Lesaffre, which is a global reference in the yeast industry with its more than 170 years of accumulated knowledge, has been transmitting its international experience to Turkish bakery industry since 1992.

We unite the Lesaffre experience with our wide-spectrum user population by means of our over 600 employees and our production facilities, including our production facility in Lüleburgaz, which we have incorporated into our structure in 2015, in addition to our production facilities in Ceyhan and in Amasya, which have been in use since 1992, the year we started operating in Turkey.
