Responsabilities:
- Finance and Reporting:
- Perform month end closing procedure
- Prepare and fill (monthly, quarterly, annually) Group reports;
- Prepare ad-hoc reports using business intelligence tools
- Prepares the general budget and forecasts of the company, informs the management team and makes correction proposals;
- Monitor KPIs and identify the cause of any unexpected variances;
- Continuously analyse financial data in details (incl. costs, pricing, discounts, variables, sales results, company performance) versus budget to help identify and support possible courses of action;
- Recommend improvements and action plans;
- Ensure the integrity of the financial data and compliance with accounting and tax regulations
- Audit:
- Assist in internal and external audit activities
- Assist in creation, implementation and maintaining a documented system of accounting policies and procedures
- Other tasks:
- Performs invoices posting in SAP for service suppliers
- Provides support for preparation of transfer price file
- Is in charge with SAP postings for finance activities (e.g. standard price posting)
- Is SAP key user for Controlling & Business Object modules
Qualifications
- University Degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience on a similar job
- Good knowledge of financial legislation, tax and accounting
- Very good computer skills: Office 365 – Excel (proficiency), Word, Powerpoint, Outlook, MS Teams
- SAP, SAP Analytics Cloud & SAP business objects knowledge – nice to have.
- English knowledge – professional proficiency level
- Proactive attitude and analytical thinking
- Very good communication skills, organization, planning and control, results oriented
