Description de l'offre

Ÿ   Look after the assigned customers, visit existing and new accounts, seek and assess customer needs, provide products and services solutions, and deepen relationships

Ÿ   Responsible for technical support and products promotion to the targeted customers

Ÿ   Directly and through distributors, develop sales with target customers in collaboration with other related departments:

–        Identify, list and visit prospects and potential partners to get detailed information about their needs and to promote our solutions / products

–        Follow up new business opportunities internally and externally

Ÿ   Play an active role in identifying innovative opportunities and growing the projects pipeline in China: evaluate and ensure the relevancy of new projects uploaded

Ÿ   Work under project mode with Innovation manager & related involved team (specifications / timing / resources / deliverable / reporting…) by ensuring proper communication onto project progress and issues with project team and management

Ÿ   Train and guide internal & external stakeholders on Biospringer’s products usage and benefits in final applications, technical specifics: organoleptic, nutritional and functional added values

Ÿ   Define action plans to develop innovative technical solutions to win the identified innovative opportunities, in cooperation with Innovation manager, Culinary Center and sales team

Ÿ   Actively communicate with and assist the Culinary Center’s experts in formulation, re-formulation

Ÿ   Be an active member of Innovation platform for Chinese market: market trend / on-going projects / proposal of new products / competitor survey / market opportunities…

Ÿ   Cooperate with the Marketing department for promotional activities and participate actively in trade shows, exhibitions, seminars, etc.,

Ÿ   Follow company pricing and sample process and standard before presenting to customers

Ÿ   Complete and submit in time the requested reports, include but not limit to weekly work report, customer visit planning, project reports, etc.

Ÿ   Other assignments assigned by line manager


  • Master’s degree: Food engineering / Chemical / Biology / Biochemical / Biotech
  • Working experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience
  • Background: multinational company or big key local player, preference Food business
  • Technical background is a must & business development experience would be adding value
  • English skills + communication + project management
