As a member of our production team, you will lead all Lean related activities at our plant in Hungary by

  • Educating and introducing Lean culture and tools to our employees and their leaders
  • Carrying out the tasks and measurements required for the introduction and extension of Lean, drawing conclusions, proposing improvements and directions, managing their implementation
  • Participation in industrial development projects, active support of industrial strategy
  • Monitoring of LEAN development through audits

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Relevant university or college degree
  • At least 5 years of comprehensive, professional experience in lean/ operational excellence / continuous improvement
  • Fluency in English
  • Independent implementation and project experience
  • Advanced analytical, problem solving, decision making and planning skills
  • Excellent sense of communication with blue collar employees and management members
