Position scope: Global

Position Purpose:

  • Lead the development of the Marketing Strategy for Digestion & Gut Health market
  • Set specific objectives to develop a cohesive and profitable marketing strategy
  • Define & drive the range of products required to be successful in the segment (incl. innovation), drive the innovation for this market segment
  • Implement the developed strategy into Marketing actions (incl. positioning of Gnosis by Lesaffre, Go to Market, Pricing, Channels & Promotional strategy)

Key Missions:

  • Design and implement marketing strategies / marketing plan aligned with business targets for the market segment and leads its transversal implementation to ensure deliverables are met
  • Set specific marketing goals
  • Define Value Proposition within the segment, and ensure products, solutions & services are in place to support it
  •  Forecast market trends, research market to identify new opportunities of growth
  • Identify & select prospects to strengthen our customer portfolio
  • Set target market price guidelines
  • Propose Channel strategy to be validated with Sales
  • Generate innovative ideas to promote our brands and products, and answer market needs

Liaise with internal teams and ensure brand consistency.

  • Leadership: Able to communicate major trends that will affect Gnosis by Lesaffre’s strategies

Requirements:

  • Strong skills in Microbiota, Digestive health, Gut-Brain axis…
  • Proven work experience as a Marketing strategist or Marketing Manager
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Decision-making skills
  • Business acumen
  • Creative, generating new and innovative ideas
  • Open-minded and capable of working in a multi-cultural environment
  • You are dynamic, enthusiastic, committed and have excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of teamwork. You are curious, rigorous, and organized. You have a good degree of autonomy and can demonstrate a good capacity for analysis and synthesis
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory
