Description de l'offre

Since end of 2021, Lesaffre has engaged a multi-year transformation Program for the Finance function, with an overarching goal of improving the overall efficiency of Finance while optimizing the quality of service delivered to the business. Named 3F (“Finance for the Future”), this Program is structured around 10 cross-regional transformational initiatives, which revolve around three major pillars:

  • Redesign and reengineer Finance operations and processes
  • Capture all opportunities for automation and digitization across Finance processes
  • Empower Finance practitioners with the necessary best practices, tools, resources etc.

To ensure the successful implementation of the Program, a Transformation Office is being set up with several key missions:

  • Planning and monitoring the actions to be undertaken in order to deploy the initiatives across the organization
  • Handling the complexity resulting from the simultaneous deployment of cross-regional and interdependent initiatives
  • Providing ad-hoc methodological support

In this context, we are looking for a PMO to help the transformation program manager in securing the delivery of the 3F Program. More specifically, the project assistant will:

  • Help on monitoring of the Program’s progress, and continuously update / amend the roadmap when needed
  • Foster coordination across initiatives and with key projects outside of the 3F Program
  • Prepare internal communication around the Program (e.g., redaction of newsletters, preparation of seminars…)
  • Follow the budget allocated to the Program and track its consumption
  • Foster change management within the Finance community with the support of HR as well as external consultants
  • Help on organizing meetings, steering committee, webinars, seminars and other events linked to 3F program

Hard skills :

  • Successful experience of international program management
  • Deep understanding of the Finance function (incl. emerging trends such as RPA, automation…)
  • Analytical skills / problem solving capabilities to overcome potential roadblocks in the implementation of initiatives
  • Ability to prepare synthetic presentations and impactful communications
  • Fluency in English

Soft skills :

  • Change management: ability to onboard many different finance profiles in a heavy transformation plan, despite expected resistance to change
  • Action-oriented mindset to drive execution
