  • Optimization of manufacturing processes in connection with the technical management
  • Conduct and coordinate with workshop managers studies and actions of continuous improvement (in terms of time, organization and cost)
  • Conduct general studies in process improvement and production optimization including:
    • follow-up of raw material and energy ratios
    • KPIs monitoring
    • follow and improve operators load, production logs/checks, cleaning activities, ergonomics
    • ensuring microbiology performance
    • assists in optimization of processes and production studies


  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Biotechnology, Food Engineering
  • 2-3 year experience in similar fields
  • Fluency in Hungarian language and good command of English
  • Be analytical, practical and solution-oriented
  • High regard for safety
  • Motivated to learn, optimistic and open to change
