Description de l'offre

Within our GNOSIS production subsidiary in Pisticci, you will participate in the improvement of processes in the workshops under the responsibility of the production manager.

  • Make complete assessments of the malfunctions observed
  • Optimize unit operations (ergonomics / productivity / losses, etc.)
  • Assist the production manager on a daily basis
  • Participate in the implementation of continuous improvement (5S / Visual Management / Decision diagrams / Dashboards / Checklists / PDCA …)
  • Participate in setting up and carrying out industrial product development tests
  • Provide technical expertise in process engineering and conduct specific studies
  • Participate in updating control procedures (control plan, HACCP, etc.) and operation profile

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in chemical or mechanical engineering. A first experience in the industry would be an advantage
  • Proficiency in English is required
  • Speaking Italian is a nice to have
  • Rigorous and organized, you combine a spirit of analysis and synthesis

  • Listening skills and diplomat, you show persuasion

  • You know how to work in a multicultural context within the framework of projects requiring autonomy, initiative, sense of responsibility and team spirit.
