– Insure QC technician following SOP and lab rules, make sure to get analysis results timely and precisely.

确保QC技术员遵守检验操作规程及实验室管理制度, 确保分析数据精确和及时。

– Manage and Evaluate QC technician‘s daily work，drive the motivation of QC technician

管理和评估QC技术员日常工作，激励QC技术员工作积极性。

– Maintain all instruments in excellent working condition，manage the calibration of measuring equipment，routine preventive maintenance through outside vendors or other department’s support.

保持检验设备良好运行，管理计量设备的校正，并在厂家或维修部门的协助下定期做预防性设备维护。

– Maintain lab safe stock of chemicals，consumables and spare parts.

保持实验室试剂，耗材和配件安全库存。

-Assist developing new methods or equipment and initiate the relevant procedure.

协助开发新方法或设备，并制定相应操作程序。

– Maintain and update QC documents system like test procedure，test record etc.

维护和更新QC文件体系，如检验程序，检验记录等。

– Train QC technician and standardize QC operation.

培训QC技术员，标准化检验操作。

-Involvement in problem solving teams as required.

根据需要积极参与纠正和预防措施的制定和执行。

- Conduct investigations into product quality complaint as required.

根据需要开展产品质量投诉的调查。

- Involvement in audits as required.

根据需要参与审核。
