Supply Chain Director

S&OP management

• Directly manage the S&OP process and teams for all product lines
• Lead monthly meetings with local SC Directions at plant level to review demand & supply plans for the region, identify risks of shortage or potential capacity opportunities.
• Take and/or facilitate decisions on capacity arbitrages according to S&OP process governance.
• Consolidate demand & supply plan for final Region executive meeting, both in volume and value
• Provide insights to the group for final Executive S&OP review, and cascade decisions &actions plans.
• Support and execute annual budgeting process with cross functional leaders from finance and sales.
• Support strategic planning initiatives with a +5years visibility.
• To supervise and monitor Demand Planning Manager in statistics of 18 month rolling forecast based on a tool dedicated to the sales forecast.
• Be force of proposal in optimization that could be done on a product transfer point of view, in regards of capacity optimization.
• Fully understand constraints faced at production level, from qualities, packaging capacity, production timeframes.
• Lead and follow-up projects initiated at Group level in the professionalization of the overall planning, from MRP to DP to MPS & DRP. Lead for retax & data maintenance of master planning system.
• Guarantor of the integrity and the quality of the data from automated planning system upstream and downstream of the supply chain (Forecast consolidation, DRP, MPS…)
• Accountable for the follow-up of the indicator of forecast accuracy, first time right.

  Organization & Supply Chain policy

• Implement Service Level Agreements with local plants and overall business units.
• Update customer promise when appropriate for overall Business Units.
• Improve organizational efficiency by implementing a leaner organization supported by the adaptation of RPA/AI.

  Process and cost control

• Track supply chain performance metrics through KPIs dashboard.
• Implement monthly performance routines review accross the region and BUs
• Ensure successful implementation of group KPI dashboard.
• Be force of proposal in the definition of Supply Chain strategy toward a lower carbon-emission
• Reduce total cost-to-serve throught new distribution and inventory policy models
• Researching and implement technological advancements related to our industry, that will contribute to our customer centricity enhancement and sustainability.

  Customer service & Logistics

• Initiate and leverage the discussion on distribution network optimization among the region and BUs
• Set the customer service strategy by designing and implementing the right processes locally for domestic and export.
• Train the local CS team to BUs or Region customer’s specificities, domestically and at export.
• Lead the projects initiated at Group level on decarbonation, route optimization, ESG calculation.
• Designs and maintains efficient and effective distribution systems by evaluating delivery routes and carriers through efficient, effective delivery of products in a cost-effective manner as needed for all products through either direct shipment and/or warehouse distribution.
• Maintains and manages effective warehousing system, strategically located to optimize distribution timing and cost.
• Set up and upgrade customer service guidelines and processes, in terms of response time and response quality, to enhance toward a more customer centric mindset.

• Communicate health and safety information to employees.
• Perform health and safety observation and inspection to detect and correct unsafe behaviors and conditions in the responsible area.
• Facilitate employee involvement and in-person participate in health and safety activities.
• Accident and near-miss accident investigations.
• Make sure responsible employees complete health and safety training
• Participate in health and safety training.
