- Prospecting the market and identifying business development opportunities
- Identify and evaluate potential partnerships, collaborations, or distribution channels to expand the company’s reach.
- Daily visits to clients within the assigned area
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients to understand their requirements, address concerns, and present relevant products or services.
- Maintaining and developing collaborative relationships with active clients.
- Achieving agreed qualitative and quantitative objectives.
- Monitoring and reporting on competitor activities.
- Promoting the company’s image.
- Activity area: Priority given to the North- East region of Romania ( Vrancea, Bacau, Vaslui, Iasi, Neamt, Suceava and Botosani)
Qualifications
- Completed higher education; food chemistry is an advantage.
- B2B sales experience – mandatory.
- Experience with clients in the North region of Romania, if available.
- Experience in the food ingredients field can be a significant advantage, in any case, mandatory in the food industry.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Dynamic, sociable, and pleasant presence.
- Quick learning ability, goal oriented.
- English B1/B2 level (medium to good)
- Driver’s license (Category B) – mandatory
