- Leading and motivating sales team to achieve or exceed national sales objectives within pre-set expense budget through effective goal setting and resource allocation;
- Assisting GM to develop sales strategy and solid sales action plan for Bio Springer food savory business in China, ensure effective implementing in regions;
- Establishing effective controlling mechanisms (for sales figures, expense and customer information) and management practices (processes) to enable continuous and timely performance evaluation at various information granularity levels of so that major performance gaps can be identified early and fast decisions and corrective actions can be taken at the appropriate level;
- Promoting new product in China market and developing key accounts in collaboration with R&D, Culinary center and marketing, ensure successful launching of new products;
- Providing realistic rolling demand forecasts in collaboration with marketing and supply chain on a regular basis to reflect the update in-market situation;
- Establishing the system to evaluate the performance of distributors and optimize local distributors team, to improve the support and services from local distributors with effective controlling on the price policy and other key factors;
- Through working closely with the team members, identifying the room for improvements in terms of various knowledge and skills gaps and addressing the same by proactive evaluation feedback mechanisms and provision support of development and training programmes;
- Actively maintaining expense tracking system (down to customer level).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or above;
- Minimum 8-10 years commercial experience in B-to-B industry; Better in food ingredients industry.
- Passion, growth driven and customer centric;
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, both listening and presentation;
- Strong Leadership, can motivate and develop team members;
- Good command of English and/or Chinese languages, both written and verbal.
