Within the Marketing For Baking (M4B) team, as an associate Product Owner, you will have the opportunity to play a key role in the deployment, evolution, and optimization of the Lesaffre & moi application. This application, available on Android and iOS, is specially designed for Lesaffre’s craft baker clients. It offers a range of features, including a loyalty program, product sheets, news, recipes, as well as a troubleshooting solution.

Your missions:

  • Functional Requirement Gathering: You will collect functional requirements from Product Owners in the Region and provide assistance when needed.
  • Technical Solutions: You will propose technical solutions to address identified needs and participate in drafting User Stories for developers.
  • App optimization & recommendations: You will suggest developments to improve our customers’ experience through a benchmark
  • Development Follow up: You will help oversee the development of new features in collaboration with the development teams, ensuring they meet the functional requirements.
  • Technical & functional quality : You will guarantee the quality of technical solutions, you will supervise testing and ensure that the delivered features conform to specifications.
  • Ensure communication on project advancements to all stakeholders
  • Help develop content for the application, to assist the existing markets
  • Test cases: You will contribute to the creation of documentation aimed at assisting Product Owners in their testing and understanding of new features.
