Description de l'offre

Part of the Analytical Science and Discovery team, proteomics is a recently established activity. With a view of activity growth, we are looking for a junior scientist (Engineer or master’s degree or PhD) specialized in proteomics. You will contribute to the success of R&D projects through the proteome characterization necessary for the development of new processes and new products.

You will be responsible for the application of proteomics workflows to various projects from sample preparation, LC-MSMS analyses, to data processing and interpretation, as well as proteomics results presentation. We are looking for a motivated and dynamic candidate with solid technical and organizational skills, coupled with a strong collaborative spirit.

  • Plan and perform experiments: sample preparation, LC-MS/MS method setting for data acquisition, data treatment and interpretation with results validation
  • Organize and manage research data using an electronic laboratory notebook.
  • Respect deadlines, demonstrate scientific initiative by revising and adapting experiments based on the requests and expected results.
  • Responsible for equipment management (implementation, maintenance, follow-up procedures)
  • Propose and implement new innovative technologies/methodologies, improving proteomic current workflows,
  • Communicate the results, report on your activity and participate in the alignment of experimental activities and project needs.
