Description de l'offre

– Focus on customer engagement and centricity to drive Top10 Industrial Bakery KA customers sales growth.

– Execute overall segmental business strategy for Bakery Industry business.

– Investigate and summarize market dynamic/trend, value chain, competitor landscape, customer segmentation. Defines product solution value proposition.

– Build the business opportunity/pipeline and drive leads to ensure sustainable business growth.

– Lead the co-brand cooperation with eco-system partner to enlarge the brand exposure in Industry segment through signing strategic cooperation agreement with LESAFFRE.

– Work with Corporate Communication together towards external parties such as industrial media, stakeholders, bakery associations and potential clients and build strategic partnerships.

– Close cooperation with cross functional teams including commercial and other supporting teams to guarantee the commercialization of new products, as well as end-user satisfaction.

– Implement strategic marketing projects and events to ensure marketing activities are executed smoothly, such as industrial exhibition, seminar and workshop etc.

– Execute promotion material design & development with internal designer or external agency (Leaflet, PPT, brochure, gifts & digital tools etc.) as expected.

– Develop selling kit and effective mechanics from marketing perspective to drive sales.

– Support line manager on other assigned projects and tasks.

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years’ experience related to business development in B2B business.

– Experience acquired in a global company with a matrix organizational structure is highly preferred.

– Experience of ingredient solution or Western food application will be a plus.

– Familiar with end-user and customer qualification process, certification and food safety standards (will be a plus)

– Proven success of leading solution-oriented negotiation and commercialization at customers/end-users

– Basic knowledge of product management, hands-on experience of Key Account Management will be a plus.

– Excellent communication and coordination skill

– Good cross functional/regional communication and customer interaction skill

– Good interpersonal communication and influence skills

– Good command of English
