Description de l'offre
Under the responsability of the General Manager, you will facilitate recruitment, training, insurance, medical, promotion undertaking , transfer and related activity, compile and update personnel information for personal files, and follow up Ethiopian labor law.
You will also be responsible for the effective supervision and administration of the General Services.
Human Resources
- Recruitment: fill opened positions using the right sources, ensuring candidates skills meet requirements
- Conduct and follow matters related to personnel administration
- Prepare induction of newly recruited employees,
- Administrate employees benefits such as annual leave, medical aid, pension, life insurance and others to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow up employees’ attendance,
- Follow up the proper completion of annual reviews for all employees
- Prepare internal communication
- Arranging overtime works when necessary
- Implement training, identifying the appropriate providers
- Ensure compliance with labour law
General services
- Schedule cleaners activity and assign duties
- Schedule security guards shifts
- Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality or service
Qualifications
Background :
- A diploma (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Human Resources/ Business Administration or related field
- A proven experience as an HR Assistant, HR specialist or a relevant HR/ Administrative position
- At least 3 years of HR experience
