Five years ago, we created the Group HR Digitalization & Solutions department to support the employee’s experience throughout their life within Lesaffre. Since 2022, we have developed new expertise in digital learning with the launch of our first Group Learning Management System and internal academies. As part of the ongoing development of our department, we are hiring a Learning & Capability Specialist that will have a specific focus on digital learning. This position, reporting to the Group Learning & Capabilities Manager, will play a fundamental role in the newly launched L&C acceleration journey.

She/he will have the following responsibilities:  

  • Administrate and leverage the use of our Learning Management System (data base update, interface improvement, creation of new pages, set up training courses & sessions, send out communications, training of local administrators, etc).
  • Create and pilot the Group annual mandatory training campaigns in our LMS.
  • Manage and promote the current digital learning tools (Articulate, Murf, Uptale, etc). 
  • Support and advise HR, Business stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts on their digital learning project.
  • Design, develop, and deliver supporting materials (toolkit, process, etc) and initiatives on digital learning.
  • Coordinate the training initiatives created with our external training partners.
  • Track and analyse learning data metrics to measure our performance and take actions
  • Animate the Lesaffre Elearning Academy (LEA) Experts Community and Subject Matter Experts network.
  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in learning and capabilities.

  • At least one previous experience in digital learning, learning & development/capabilities
  • Experienced in using learning technologies (Learning Management Systems, authorizing software, VR, AR, AI, etc)
  • Deep understanding of learning sciences and instructional design methodologies
  • Basic knowledge in learning experience and interface and marketing for learning
  • Know how to leverage data and analytics to enhance learning experience
  • Know how to manage and coordinate multiple projects and deal with different stakeholders  
  • Ability to communicate efficiently, convince and challenge in a positive way
  • Ability to work in an international, collaborative and transversal organization
  • Fluent in French and in English
