What will your daily life look like?

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Application Manager to lead the management and optimization of our Supply Chain solutions and Business-to-Business (B2B) Portal, in an international environment (80 countries, 11000 employees). Reporting to the Solutions Manager (D&D&Tech Department), you will ensure these systems operate seamlessly, align with business objectives, and drive growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, enhance user experience, and support digital transformation through innovative Supply Chain and B2B technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Supply Chain Solutions Management

  • Manage and optimize Supply Chain tools to ensure operational efficiency, including both build and run activities.
  • Oversee integration and maintenance of tools like Transporeon, SAP ePPDS, and SAP PP, ensuring interoperability with enterprise systems.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain teams (procurement, logistics, operations) to address pain points and implement solutions.
  • Lead and support projects to enhance processes like demand forecasting and transportation optimization, delivering on time and within budget.
  • Monitor KPIs, using analytics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide training to maximize tool adoption and effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including data security and traceability.

B2B Portal Management

  • Oversee daily operations, performance, and support of the B2B Portal, ensuring high availability and user satisfaction, in a context of integration between DJUST (front-office) and SAP S/4 HANA via a Data Platform.
  • Manage implementation, configuration, and maintenance, aligning with business needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders (sales, marketing, IT, partners) to gather and prioritize enhancement requirements.
  • Lead and support projects for portal upgrades, integrations, and feature deployments.
  • Coordinate with vendors for platform development, maintenance, and issue resolution.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective portal adoption.
  • Monitor performance metrics, identify optimization opportunities, and implement improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with data security, privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR), and company policies.

Education

  • Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) or IT service management (e.g., ITIL) are a plus.
  • Supply Chain certifications (e.g., APICS) are an advantage.

Technical Skills

  • Experience managing Supply Chain tools like Transporeon, SAP ePPDS, and SAP PP.
  • Knowledge of B2B portals or web-based platforms, focusing on UX and digital engagement.
  • Familiarity with SAP ecosystems (e.g., SD/MM/PP) and API integrations.
  • Proficiency in project management (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).

  • Strong organizational and time management skills for managing multiple topics/projects.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.

Additional Requirements

  • International travel required (approximately 10-20% of the time) to support global project implementations or stakeholder meetings.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French or other languages is a plus.
