What will your daily life look like?
- Order Processing: Manage the end-to-end order processing workflow, including order entry, tracking, and fulfillment. Ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer information, and regularly update databases to reflect current data.
- Coordination with Sales Team: Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments, such as finance & logistics. Ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Sales Support Tools Management: Utilize CRM and sales support tools to manage the processes.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement within the sales workflow. Propose solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- logistic support: Ongoing control of the daily shipment execution to Customers and flexible response to changes in Customer demand.
- SAP User: Managing working in the SAP system, preparing Customer orders, collecting and managing data in the SAP.
- Preparation of daily/weekly/monthly reports.

- Education: A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or a related role.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)

- Organizational Skills: The ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain a well-organized workflow.
- Attention to Detail: Precision in data entry and documentation to ensure accuracy in all sales transactions.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM, sales support tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Time Management: Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively.

Purpose of the Role:
The Sales Back Office is responsible for managing and supporting the administrative, daily, weekly, and monthly reporting and Operational and logistical aspects of the sales process. This role encompasses various functions, including data entry, order processing, customer support, and coordination between different departments. The Sales Back Office ensures that the sales force can focus on selling while maintaining the necessary support to drive revenue.
Key Interfaces:
- Report to and align with the Sales Engineers & Molasses & Derivatives Manager.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Production and Finance.
- Maintain effective communication with, customers, Contractors, truck drivers.
