What will your daily life look like?
Fermentis by Lesaffre is looking for a Digital Communication Manager. Under the responsibility of the Fermentis BU Communication Manager:
– You will be in charge of the creation and management of the editorial calendar on all of our platforms (websites, applications, social media…), making sure our image, brands and products are promoted regularly and efficiently – in line with the global marketing strategy.
– Your responsibilities include creating and managing communication campaigns in collaboration with the marketing and communication team, preparing and scheduling social media posts, feeding content on the websites or applications, reporting on your actions using metrics and dashboards.
– To help build the editorial calendar, social media posts and website articles and pages, you will work closely with the Regional Communication Managers, Product Managers the Content Manager & Copywriter as well as the Graphic Designer.
– You’ll also oversee Direct Marketing actions which include managing regular emailing actions via tools such as Mailchimp (internal and external).
– You’ll manage a Digital Communication Assistant.

You are a fluent English / French speaker, with a higher education degree in communication or digital marketing or equivalent, with a professional experience of 3 to 5 years in Digital, ideally in an international company or agency.
You enjoy social media management, and you know what it takes to build a strong social media strategy and deploy it on all the different channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, WeChat etc.
You know how to ensure strong brand promotion across various channels (social media, websites, apps…) and enjoy every aspect of the process, from the broader level of campaign planning down to the post-writing and scheduling.
You enjoy statistics, analytics and reporting, to ensure continuous measurement and improvement of our performances.
As a key stakeholder in keeping our brand alive and strong, you understand the importance of respecting the highest standards of quality when it comes to external communications.
You enjoy coordination and collaboration with a lot of different stakeholders.
