What will your daily life look like?
The Junior Supply Production Planner will play a key role in production planning, working cross-functionally with various Supply Chain departments, the Production team, and the Quality team to ensure an efficient workflow aligned with company standards.
This role would be the key point of contact between the production plant and the Planning corporate Team.
Your Main Responsibilities will be:

- Manage production planning according to campaign-based logic.
- Oversee the production of MTO (Make to Order) and Make to Forecast products.
- Conduct weekly reviews of the production plan, with a particular focus on high-runner products, in collaboration with the site reference.
- Manage production plans for three different plants.
- Ensure timely updates in the SAP system following the agreed alignments.
- Plan in detail the packaging of finished products in cooperation with the Plant Warehouse Team.
- Maintain daily alignment with the CS team, providing expected dates for the fulfillment of pending orders.
- Proactively coordinate with the Material Planner and Expeditor.
- Analyze inventory and aging stock.
- Build production plans based on demand and production capacity.
- Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure operational continuity.
- Analyze production data and propose solutions for process optimization.
- Optimize the production plan in collaboration with the plants.
- Assist the Supply Planning Lead in managing master data.

- Degrees in Economics, Business Management, or Industrial Engineering
- Previous experience in Supply Chain Departments is considered a plus
- Intermediate-level English proficiency
