Key responsibilities

This position will be bases in Hebei, Tianjin, Shandong, Inner Mongolia. 该职位将设在河北、天津、山东、内蒙古。

Responsible for maintenance and development of new business among list key accounts to promote sales of Phileo products to achieve or exceed sales target. 负责清单关键客户的日常业务维护并且开发新业务以促进动物营养与健康事业部产品的销售以达到或超过销售目标。

To coordinate with technical service team of Phileo for establishment of commercial trials to match customers’ needs. 协调动物营养与健康事业部的技术服务，建立商业试验以回答客户需求。

Visit existing and new accounts with support from technical manager or distributor, seek and assess customer needs. provide products and services solutions, and deepen relationships 与技术经理或经销商一起拜访现有客户和新客户，寻找和评估客户需求，提供产品和服务解决方案深化关系

Identify and choose new agents in agreement with the sales management for the development of sales of Phileo products.与销售管理层一致，确定并选择开发动物营养与健康事业部产品销售所需的代理人以推进业务发展。

To collect and report on customer needs.搜集并汇报客户需求。

Follow up on quality claims made by his customers on Phileo products. 跟踪客户对动物营养与健康事业部产品的质量要求报告

To report on market competition monitoring (information, samples, prices.) 汇报市场竞争形势监测(信息，样品，价格)

To provide regular written reporting on market data, the advancement of the action plan and projects. 定期提供市场数据、行动计划和项目进展的书面报告

Bachelor’s degree in Swine/Nutrition, or with at least 3 years sales experience for Key Accounts customer in the industry 动物与营养健康相关专业大专以上相关或营养学相关学士学位或行业内大客户销售经验5年以上

Familiar with production process and technology in relative feeding industry 熟悉相关饲料和养殖运营行业的生产工艺和技术

Excellent communications skills 优秀的沟通能力
